The appointee will conduct original research in the broad field of isotope geochemistry and will help oversee the management of the ICP-MS facility. Importantly, he/she will work with staff to establish new methodologies in the facility, including the exploration of novel, non-traditional isotopic systems pertinent to research activities within DES, and will help train technicians and students on sample preparation and the operation of the instruments.
