PROCESS DEVELOPMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE

WHAT YOU WILL DO


Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will perform experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to support Attribute Sciences Organization.


Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Plan, conduct or monitor experiments, record, analyze data and interprets results.

Provide input to new processes to generate robust and reliable data and/or ensure that studies are conducted in compliance with the respective protocol and applicable guidelines and regulations.

Design, monitor or conduct, and interpret laboratory experiments with general oversight of supervisor.

Perform data analysis, provide interpretation, and integrate results into the context of a project. Introduces new or improved methods into the lab.

Develop and implement new protocols with minimal review.

May serve as a representative to cross-functional teams or as a lead on department teams, with guidance.

Recommend decisions regarding scientific-related issues.

Demonstrate expertise, recommend, and implement improvements in one or more major laboratory instruments/techniques.

Act as a resource in area of expertise.

Author technical documents, reports, presentations, regulatory documents, invention disclosure submissions and/or patents clearly and concisely with minimal revision.

Under general direction, has overall responsibility for a project of limited scope.

The Basic Qualifications are:

Master’s degree


OR


Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of laboratory and/or manufacturing support experience

Beyond that the additional preferred qualifications are:


Educational Background in Chemistry and Biotechnology

Experience performing scientific experiments, analyzing data and interpreting results.

Understanding of protein structure and structural changes by analytical technology

Knowledge and experience working with analytical methodologies (such as HPLC/UPLC, Immunoassay, Gels, DNA, CE, among others) and analytical instruments qualification programs

Advanced scientific analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Advanced laboratory work skills.

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills to motivate and/or supervise the activities of others.

Good Organization and Communication skills to handle multi-task projects and be able to communicate and work well with other departments.

Good written communication including technical writing skills, negotiation and conflict resolution, analytical problem solving and project management.

Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

2. O365 & SPFX DEV LEAD-TAMPA, FL (US-REMOTE)


WHAT YOU WILL DO


In this vital role you will have expertise with the creation and maintaining of SPFx webparts & extensions using standard methodologies while guiding junior developers.


Acting as the lead developer, gathering solution requirements, prioritizing work, performing code reviews & deployments as well as enforcing high standards & best practices


Handle working in a fast-paced environment where your focus may have to shift unexpectedly multiple times a week depending on business needs.


Handle urgent requests and delegating appropriately will be necessary, as will be completing non-development related tasks such as evaluating & responding to requests for Non-Standard applications in a timely manner.

Reporting both successes and failures while maintaining a high level of professionalism will be expected as well.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate should have Strong leadership skills with a passion for automation, operational excellence, and engineering solutions.

Personal drive with a strong capacity to quickly adapt to a fast paced work environment and love learning new technologies.

The ability to simultaneously handle various tasks & prioritize them while operating within a large range of technologies.

Willingness to take on tasks outside of their current knowledge base while being thorough and able to communicate effectively both written and verbally in technical and non-technical language to an array of multi-functional teams

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Reviewing and analyzing business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the collaboration and productivity needs of the organization by using OOTB features

Establishing systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost-effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel

The coordination of testing and implementation of the system software, including conversion of data to the new system, and working with application support personnel to resolve system problems

Writing and maintaining SOPs

Creating awareness of the vendor product release plans and create a partnership for the delivery of new functionalities

Facilitating customer-focused interaction to ensure objectives are realized and expectations are properly managed. Coordinates activities and programs with other departments to improve service performance

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Information Systems and software development

Associate’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems and software development experience

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems and software development experience

AND

Experience with .NET Core, Visual Studio Code, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and associated technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, Git etc..

Experience with modern web standards and technologies (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, JQuery, REST APIs)

Demonstrated ability to lead others & work in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to identify business patterns used for collaboration and translate the patterns into standardized solutions

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate proactively with others

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Technical background and in depth, hands-on delivery experience with the following technologies: Office 365, Box, Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD, PowerShell/Scripting

Automation experience, preferably in a development environment

SCRUM or other Agile experience

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to perform meticulous work

Strong organizational, facilitation, work planning, and multi-tasking skills

Solid background delivering emerging technologies, mitigating risk and delivering innovation
